But if you are not satisfied with the purchase, you have an opportunity to change it within 14 days after receiving the product without any additional charges. burtiņš accepts to change the product if it is returned clean, neat, not damaged and with all the details. Fill in the attached "Return form" and send it together with the product to: IK ROTĀ, Zāles 1-39, Limbaži, LV-4001, Latvia or with Omniva to Limbažu Maxima parcel mashine, phone +371 25925166.  In the form state whether you would like to change the product or have your money refunded. Customer pays for return shipping.  When getting a refund money will be returned to the account from which the purchase was made within 14 days of our receiving the product. We will contact you to solve the problem!
