The currency used is Euro (EUR) for all countries. VAT is included in all our prices and will be based on the country the order will be shipped to. Please note that all prices and product information on the burtiņš Online Store are subject to change.

After you chose items you would like to buy and click „Confirm Order”, an e-mail confirmation will be sent. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express. There might be some instances where we are unable to modify your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you. We do not share credit card or other payment information with third parties except for the purposes of processing payment for products and services you’ve ordered and as required by law.

10. Shipping information

Delivery methods

We are happy to offer you Shipping by Omniva and UPS service. Most orders in Territory Latvia will be ship out within within 7 working days after ordering (please, note that we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays), however some orders will take to 2-3 days to process. Orders out of Latvia will be ship out in 5-14 days. Your order will be shipped via standard shipping. The place of delivery is deemed to be the address that the consumer makes known to burtiņš. Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.
